About me Hi! Welcome to my home. Probably the only way I'll ever get that beach house I've always wanted. "grin" I'm 37, live in Iowa, manage a restaurant, and live for the soul purpose of pleasing my dog (at least HE thinks so). I love meeting new people, chatting, learning new things, reading, movies, music, and nature. I'm also a tender hearted soul and a hopeless romantic.
What I'm interested in: Reading The romantic in me begs for love stories. Therefore I feed it with historical romances. My favorite authors are Johanna Lindsey, Elizabeth Lowell, Linda Lael Miller, Jude Devereaux, and Kathleen Woodiwiss. I also like modern romances by LaVyrle Spencer. Music I'm a child of the 70's and I love the music from that era. My favorite bands are Chicago, Bread, and 3 Dog Night. My favorite male vocalist is Peter Cetera. I'm also a fan of Amy Grant. Nature I'm a nature girl. Give me a trail or a beach to walk on and I'm content. I find mountains awesome and the ocean calls to something deep in my soul. But let's not forget those cuddly little creatures; puppies, bunnies, and other assorted fuzzy creatures.
